Our process is simple and effective. You start by sharing your job description and requirements with our consultants. After agreeing on a fee or package, and sending you our one-pager, we search our extensive database for the best candidates. We present profiles including motivations, salary expectations, and resumes for your review. You then interview and assess candidates to make your final choice. If needed, we help negotiate salary, benefits, and incentives. Once placed, your new hire is ready to start.
