We assist in mediating terms such as salary, benefits, and incentives to finalize the agreement smoothly. Once the placement is successful, your new hire is ready to start. Best of all, our pricing is results-based—we only charge fees after a successful placement.
Fee is calculated with a percentage (20%-23%) of the fulltime gross annual salary.
