Fee structure

We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay when we successfully fill your position. Our performance-based model aligns our success with yours. 

Our fee is a percentage of the yearly salary of the placed candidate. The fee is determined by the role’s level of specialization, talent scarcity, and salary range. We’re open to discussing a lower rate if you’re submitting multiple positions.

After agreeing on a fee and sending you our one-pager, we search our extensive database for the best candidates. We present profiles including motivations, salary expectations, and resumes for your review. You then interview and assess candidates to make your final choice. If needed, we help negotiate salary, benefits, and incentives. Once placed, your new hire is ready to start.
